  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

We may offer Free Shipping on eligible orders during special promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Customs & Import Duties

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
